"Oletus Manor is Burke's site for experiments. Who knows how many devices there are buried underground, or how many types of devices there are."
|Character Day||November 27|
As the eldest son of a construction worker, Burke has been playing with design drawings and a wide variety of machines and tools since he was a child. He has a great talent and was well known in the local area when he was twenty. After being employed by a couple, Burke came to the still-destroyed Oletus Manor, taking on most of the architectural work. At the request of the employer, Burke led the workers to continue to expand. At the same time, Burke also joined his own little "hobby" - the institution, and this manor became his secret experimental field.
It is said that even up until that unfortunate incident this crazy architect was still planning the addition of new devices.
|Console||Burke has full authority over Consoles. He can used Consoles on the Map to operate any Control Monitor.
Survivors can decode Consoles and gain limited access to them when decoded. They expend an increased amount of Energy to use the Control Monitor in the Console's area of influence.
When a Survivor is logged into a Console, Burke is unable to access that Console's Control Monitor and the Console is unable to restore Energy for a period of time.
|Control Monitor||There is a Control Monitor in each Console's area of influence. Drag the thumbstick to move across the Monitor's field of vision and press the screen to raise a Fence in that location. The amount of Energy expended each time this action is performed increases with every Fence raised|
|Fence||Raising Fences inflicts half the damage of a normal attack upon Survivors in the area. Survivors can vault the Fence using the action button, which will also lower the Fence, inflicting the same amount of damage as a normal attack.
Nearby Fences will become disabled if there are undecoded Cipher Machines, or activated Exit Gates, Consoles, Basements and Rocket Chairs.
These are two Abilities that are unique to Burke:
|Portable Console||Burke can use the Portable Console to patch into a Control Monitor directly, but using the Portable Console consumes more energy.|
|Overclock||Can be used on the Control Monitor interface after this ability has been unlocked. The cooldown time and amount of energy consumed will be greatly decreased. This Control Monitor will be unable to restore energy for a period of time after Overclock has been used.
Cooldown: 30 seconds
